Athlete Data: Name and date of birth of the participant to ensure placement in age-appropriate groups like our Little Kickers (Ages 2-5) program.

Safety & Health Data: Any medical conditions, allergies, or physical limitations disclosed on the liability waiver to ensure Coach Frank can provide a safe environment.

Payment Information: Financial data is processed securely via Stripe or PayPal; Pro-Form Soccer LLC does not store full credit card numbers on our local servers.

3. How We Use Your Data

We utilize your information strictly for the following operational purposes:

Booking Fulfillment: To process your $60/hr training session and manage the facility schedule.

Automated Communications: To send session confirmations, safety waiver receipts, and schedule reminders via GoHighLevel automated SMS and email.

Local Program Eligibility: To verify information for families utilizing Island County Youth Financial Aid.

Marketing: With your consent via the Media Release, we may feature athlete highlights on our @pro.form_soccer Instagram.

4. Data Sharing and Third Parties

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third-party marketers. Data is only shared with:

Service Providers: Essential partners like GoHighLevel (hosting) and Stripe (payments) who facilitate our business operations.

Legal Requirements: If required by law to protect the safety of our participants or comply with local Washington state regulations.
